All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases and event bookings are non-refundable. Once a sale is completed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances.
Event Cancellations & Rescheduling
In the rare event that an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend an event for any reason does not qualify for a refund or credit.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, but as an events company, we make significant commitments in advance, including venue bookings, vendor arrangements, and staff scheduling, all based on expected attendance. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling.
